I recently started exploring Tableau Pulse, and what struck me most is how different it feels from traditional dashboards. Instead of hunting for insights, Pulse can push personalized, AI-generated summaries of your metrics directly to you via Slack or email. (Think proactive and hands-off)

What’s also interesting is the analysis that is built into Pulse. When a metric changes, it will follow-up with questions and answers them visually. For anyone who has ever built a dashboard that nobody looked at, Pulse feels like a solution to that problem. (Maybe….)
